Many ppl say that charlie is a charger and should not be voted for. but then the others say Tmy can just beef him up so he can stand a chance against Ryu throwing a rain of Hadoukens. (meaning they want charges off and keys and supers diffrent)

Personly I say hell no that just ruins Charlie. And it would make him cheap, it takes <span style='font-size:12pt;line-height:100%'>SKILLZ</span> to use him and to know how to combine/link his moves together to throw of a combo and finsh with a couple of flash kicks. Taking of the charges would just make Charlie a ####ie player. And ppl who already know how to use Charlie/Guile would be very ticked of at this aswell.
