I think it ain't taking you 45 minutes on that. I seen that background already too many times. this guy named death did the same thing:

but he putts a little brush on the sides.
Turely that took like 5 minutes since its a tutorials are from.
The picture is just coloured and its out of the frame.
To me thats one of the simplest tags i ever seen.
Well...atleast try to make your own background and your own wayz of doing a tag.
If you keep useing kinds from others ain't ganna lead you to a good tg maker.
Differeny is always better and nothing to it.
