This is my first attempt to make a tourney...If this doesn't work then ill TRY to make another one..

The Regulations Are Has Follows..

No cheating
No leaving matches
No RD of any kind or Shin Shoryuken
VIPS are allowed
1 vs 1 no tag and no 2 vs 1
Best 2 out of 3
Player A hosts first..
Any chars except Onslaught
Registration date ends on June 24..
And timer off, and helpers on/off (optional)

Prizes will be: A COOL ASS BANNER!
Something else but im thinkin of it..

I need your Game Name,Country,Your time (ex.Eastern),Your E-mail..And thats about it..
