RULES
1. 1 on 1 no tag.
2. Perks vs. Norm.
3. Level 0/Helpers Optional/Timer OFF.
4. All Characters allowed.
5. You will have a week or so to progress through each round, if you are unable to finish your fight I will DQ according to how active you were.
6. Best 2 of 3 matches.
7. Cheapness of any sort will not be tolerated and you will be D/Q.
8. If your able to, please take a screen of your win. It'd make my job easier if theres any disputes.
9. Norms will not be allowed to use Rage Factor.
10. If for any reason in the middle of the game something happens (power outage, phoneline disconnect, phone rings, sync lost) its your own fault and tough luck.[/quote]
