k..i had the same problem..what u need to do..is u need to get a PROXY SERVER....i will give u couple 195.94.3.231:80

212.85.196.108:80 These r Proxies...the IP goes first then PORt..to apply 1 of these Servers to ur Internet..u go to on Intetner Explorer u go to Tools then Internet Options..then u go to Connections then Settins...there u will c a Proxy Server...put a check mark there..and put the one of the proxy servers i gave u put them in there..but i c the IP and PORT..first u put the IP then u put a port...then after that click OK..and OK.....that will apply Proxy to ur Interner Connections...if youhave AOL then go to COntrol Panel and Internet Options..and everything is da same way........AFter u got ur Proxy server...just go Start the game..and the error wont show up anymore..IT WILL WORK...100%....yeah...when u put the Proxy server in..try to surf the web and c if the proxy is alive..if its not there is more i gave u..try them all..if none of them work...here is a link whre u can get them
