lmao if youneed a recording program to rap all u need is to download cool edit ....
u can make special effects on ur voices too like background speaking, echo, etc
but please make a good rap.. like a Rakim rap or Nas rap... make it SOUND.. i dont want to see the wannabes of Malibu's Most Wanted...
