Here is a very good example,

You are fighting a opponet all of a suddon you walk up to him to go for a grab. He punches you and you block the punch then. Then you grab him and throw him across the screen next thing you know he is on the other side of the screen useing a super. The super hits you and you take the loss.

Here is what happened, when you blocked his punch it created a lets call it a "wave." On his screen the punch hit you due to lag. So he jumped to the other side of the screen and did a super. Your computer wont pick it up till a few seconds later due too lag, and it makes it look like he teleported. So as you can see it made a "Wave" sort of it affected the game. This can be good or bad it just counts on how it worked/didn't work for you.

With a grab it means that if it hits them the opponet will go flying to the other side of the screen. You also have to be close too them so it makes it hard for the game to make the move and by the time you hit the button codes it would have laged up or they would have moved away from you.

Therfore this makes any king of grabs useless in this game.

Same thing with air grabs.
