heh.. you are new to this game aren't you??

Well, that's how it is... Lag is the order of the day.. and you have to fashion your gaming skills and ur techniques and tactics to match the gameplay of SFO.

The best advice is to keep on attacking and attacking and fighting without relenting.. that way, a fraction ofur attacks would surely get to ur opponent. It takes a while (depending on variable factors like Internet connection speed and System performance) to send packets of data containing moves, movement and character agility from one computer to the other... and vice versa. During this 'sharing of data'... so to speak, some packets are lost.. and some are easily erased or countered due to the actions of the host... and that's why you'll always get lag in the game

You'll just have to fight it that way and make sure you refrain from waiting to see your opponents life bar go down before doing another attack.. you could be killed in the process  (I know.. that was a sarcastic grin.. ^_^)

However, there are ways you can reduce the amount of lag you gain while playing the game. Try reducing the amount of programmes you're running while playing the game.. like p2p sharing programmes.. Messager services like AIM or MSN.. and stuff like that. You should be able to fight freely without having to experience too much lag

Hope that helps.
