I need a banner for my "Member Of The Week" and "Basher Of The Week" prog. The banner will need..

Member Of The Week Banner Aquirements
-A good BG
-A good font sayin Member Of The Week and in one of the corners.. Hosted By: VampireNinja and Missfits
-And a weird sign such has an ascii one (in the Middle)
