it doesnt neccessarily have to be the same as mvsc, tmyapp can modify it....hence option 2 in the voting polls

this would be the same system as the rage factor so i dont see where the lag would be coming from, and bugs whereby ppl would get powered up for no reason is unlikely, if that were the case tmyapp would not have created rage factors, ppl arent powering up by accident in the middle of the game, if there were a fault/bug to rage factor it would be the recieving/losing of rage factors. but ppl turning into evil mode wid -3 rage factor is very unlikely.
