yea true say but what i'm thinking is that cyc|ops just does the cyclone kick going up like chun li's air kick moce i dunno wat it is called but it won't be like bison's coz bison's move is like bison flips forward and hits the oppenent and in this move cyc|ops will just go up continuously doing cyclone kicks
