7/10 i like the banner and the background but there are things you could improve on it though for instance you could put the text the right way up and place it in a better postion also you could sort out the background as the pic ends at the bottom the background looks different to the one you are using in the first place, but if that is a border i would change it i think it ruins the gfx.
