VIP's don't need this... but normal players do, just look at it this way.... it wouldn't be any kind of fun if norms just go around fighting themselves getting rage factor. if it was like that, ppl would be able to make another normal account, and fight themselves to get RF without VIPs coming in the way. let's just leave it how it is ok.
