people wouldnt have to vote.. the administrators would put the ppl in and u would only be in there if youdid something great. Some vets wouldnt even make it..cuz they arent great.
anyway maybe it wasnt the best idea but hey atleast im not the only 1 that thought it was a reasonable idea -.-
