it is japanese so it is unlikely that he says that !
here is what he says...

SHINRYUKEN = "IKOUSA, SHINRYUKEN !"
SHORYU REPPA = "IKOUSA, SHORYU REPPA !"

the last one i'm not sure about, and i think that's the one you think he says the word bitch ! but truly it is japanese and it is unlikely that it is plain english saying bitch ! here is something i think he says...

SHINPUU JINRAY KYAKUU = "SHINVA JIN RAIPPA"

or something like that, anyone wqho knows japanese should be able to understand what he says and tell us what it is... but truly it is not the word bitch !
