Ok, EvilAkuma's banner gets a 7/10, it is a nice background, it has Bison(who is somewhat original..)and he was made transparent, which looks good.
Your banner Alamgir, the lightning effect is very cool and original. Although ryu isnt too original it does look good with the small ryu and akuma..I think..In the background, which fits well on it. Overall I give it an 8/10.

I was thinking of making a border to it, but still i don't know how to make one of those. I try to do it with the stroke and still can't do it correctly
