just upload your images from
imageshack like marley said.. after that you copy the properties of the uploaded picture, or banner.. then click control panel, click personal info, edit your profile, and go at the bottom then put [ I M G ] whatevr the properties are of the uploaded pic or banner [ / I M G ] (dont include the spaces, do those codes without the spaces..)
