The reason that the dnd was created was and is for the people.
To be able to have some peace in the game.
People would harass others for reason's that were not nice.
Sometimes people would just act pest like.
Possibly just to annoy and bother people.
Mostly people they did not know.
Just to get on their nerves.
So that when you put dnd on you could and still.
Be able to talk to people and not have to worry.
About some one continually challenging your name.
Whenever they did that people would get angry.
I am sure that in the past people would flock to the forum.
To complain about this spam,flame,whine,cry,carry on.
Also throw a fart attack and a tantrum.
Some one maybe? A Mod or Admin or a member.
Of this community saw this happening posted an idea.
The opportunity was then used to make.
The dnd device operational after much tweaking it is effective.
To keep the chaos minimum in this community.
There is a a saying maybe some one has heard it?
Anything worth having in this life.
