and restavega is right if youare a good fighter u will overcome ths move
also cheapness is not tolerated in this tourney im sure none of these guys will play cheap cuz i kno most of them and they're honorable,skilled fighters

Edit: ppl no need to spam, im not taking out any character nor am i puttin in another
