Shouldn't he have the Messatsu gou shoryu instead? I find that Shin Shoryuken to be a little useless, since opponents can just jump over the first part and counter attack while you do the ryu ken (purposely misspelt) . He's cheap in that he maintains the Shinkuu and still has the tenma, well as the ashura senkus. THAT'S why he's cheap........
