[quoteost_uid0="SSJKarma"]FIRST of all : you are all idiots, since when is POP-UP stoppers has anything to do with RESSOURCES problems ?

second, he said when he opens IE he gets his ressources going down... where did he ever mentinned anything about having multitudes of windows (popups) openning up at the same time ?

third: you're answer lies within this...

1 - press these keys... CTRL + ALT + DEL
2 - Go into the Tab next to Applications
3 - Then look at all the things rolling on your machine and how they take RAM wise and CPU wise !
(EX: Image Name | User Name | Processor | Mem Usage)
Where looking thru Mem usage and Processor
4 - Close everything that takes too much !
5 - Look back in your Performances and see if anything hapenned ! as in a big change !

If nothing works there, then i must add that it may be one of your programs that is malfunctionning and his slowing your computer down !

questions you might ask yourself also...
is it doing it from the start or is it hapenning after a while ?
as in, does it make that problem when the computer starts or is it doing it afer running and closing a lot of programs !

if it happens right from the start, then yeah, you got a malfunctionning program, track it down and shut it down by the way shown above !

if it does it after a while, then you got a memory problem or your programs have memory leaks which means some of them stays in memory until you close the comp down, same solution as above except that doing a clean start might be better of a solution and then openning closing programs until you see one that did not shut correctly !

in all case, a good solution would also be FORMATTING, because it mght your windows who is messed up. but that i suggest doing as a very very last ressort !

hope this will help you fix the problem ![/quote]
thx u SSJKarma going to check for virus to make sure, going to close program that make my performance over 100% then i'll shut it down and see if that helps me
