Well let's see...

Sakura(Beta)/Roll(Alpha)/Ruby Heart (Alpha/Gamma)
Sakura(Beta)/Sonson(Alpha)/Ruby Heart (Alpha)
Sakura(Beta)/Servbot(Gamma)/Roll (Alpha)

Those three are my main teams, whenever I play. I usually always have Sakura, but once in a while I will substitute her for Jill. For someone to not know the reasons behind these teams, would be for them to not understand the extensive uses of these characters; all of which are hidden.
