no it was added to the game but not the official game that everyone plays....
just like how gambit was in the unofficial game
remember the intro movie for xvssf?
it had gambit and cyc|ops doing his ariel optic blast and other cool stuff that wasnt officially added?

here and you can watch the intro and even play xvssf practice mode! without unlocking characters.........you will notice other things still there that have been changed
