that means it's not the required format.. the picture must be .gif, .jpg, or some other file.
The file your trying to post... is it a .bmp file? To check, right click the pic and go to properties and you'll see what type of file it is.
Most likely, it is not the format of your picture they support. You need to get a .bmp .gif converter.
