i have Rise to Honor...on that stage, dont' just run out quickly, you'll get pounded with bullets. lol If you are patient you can see that they have a pattern. The guys with the big machine guns in the background that you can't shoot did get on my nerves at first, but do you see those lights above them? If you time it right, lock on to them and shoot: it will make them drop on them. It knocks them out cold
As for the normal thugs, you can take care of them pretty easily, just be careful with the ones with the machine guns. When you get that bar full (lol i forgot what it was called) when you are able to jump in slow-mo and target multiple enemies, use that to clear alot of ground, dodge bullets, and kill enemies at the same time. Remember, don't rush, shoot the lights above the (big machinegun guys in the backgrounds) to knock them out, and use the dumpsters, furniture, and shelves to avoid bullets and time your moves.
