OK i do admit that there might be some kinda unbalance in the divisions BUT the names were all picked randomly therefore theres not much i can do.
the prelims simply give you a ranking to start round one (which will be kind of like playoffs the 2 conferences, north and south combine aswell as east and west and welll you'll see when i get there
