What's the big fuss about Dan? People wouldn't give him the time of day in the arcades but here everyone wants him. His moves are incidentally weak and I remember everyone in the arcades who picked him always accidentally pulled off his Signatured Picture throw (Down, Back + K) and it lost them their 50 cents! I think when TMyApp is done installing all the characters necessary, Dan should be the last one.
