When attempting to login, or enter chat servers.
The best advice is to "try, try again".
Usualy 3 trys is sufficient...(dont rush)
Like MSI, Blanka and Bob said, the servers may have just been busy/down.
If after a couple tries you still cant login or get into any chat server.
Try closing and restarting the game.
If you are using the mirrored/web version of the game and are still recieve the "out of date" error after restarting the game.
Try pressing the F5 button.
(if you are using Internet Explorer this should cause you to reload the game)
If nothing happens by pressing the F5 button.
Then you should dump your temporary internet files folder and reload the game.
