are you using the d/l version ?
if so you are missing a file...

if not..

from faq...

1: Clear you browser cache (see above)

2: Download the latest version of the Shockwave plugin from Macromedia.com.

3: Restart your computer, and try to access the game again via our main page.

4: If you are still having problems, use this link, or email us for help.

dont get the lastest version of Shockwave(10) because it doesnt work so good ! get this one.. Shockwave 8.5
