Dump your temporary internet files folder as well as cookies and reload the game.
If your running the D/L version of the game...
Try reinstalling the game by running the sfo11b.exe (you have it saved somewhere on your PC)
You may also wish to replace all the character .cct files with fresh copies...
If that dont work....you may want to update your windows, update your antivirus software, and do general PC maintanace.
