to get an update version, it depends ifur using the download version which is located here
or the online version which is located here
if youare using the online version, dump your temp. files and restart your computer...to deleted this file go to Tools on internet explorer, internet options, and click delete files.. and then restart your computer.
the download version well you know where its located just update from SFO10d to SFO11b Upgrade. and after it dont work then restart your computer.. and u are all set.
