Eh, the reason kids nowadays write messed up is because. Most kids think they have better things to do than to listen to whatever the teach has to say. Some kids go to school, but don't learn anything because their mind is somewhere else. Other times kids might be very good in school, but then when they come home they forget everything because of the way families talk at home. So, usually all the things they learned at school is just remembered for the few hours at school then forgotten when they get home. So, it's like they have to refresh their memory before they come home.

I don't really blame the goverment on how teens are learning. I blame the student, because the mind will learn whatever the body will let it. Let's take KARMA for example. He says that he can never learn how to have correct grammer. But his mind once did it, but he claims the internet undid it. So if your mind could once do it once before then what is stopping him from relearning. HE IS, because the more you put yourself down the more you will believe it. So the more you build yourselfup then the more you will believe it.
