Form your hands into Bear Claws extended from your chest like pushing away.
Then with both hands perform a wax on wax off motion.
Then when you feel that your hands have become heavy or weighted from the motion. Make a hand motion like forming it into a ball.
(This looks awesome under water)
Then quickily press forward with both palms together and bam....lol :laughlong:
