if I can't see where you are, and don't know what you're doing, then how am I supposed to be able to be able to deal with you?

its not shockwave...because THAT runs the same for most ppl. Its your connection.
You may have DSL, but if your connection is losing the packets its supposed to be sending, then I don't see shit.

and by looking at your ip, I can tell you have a shitty ISP.
