Well after re-viewing the .AVI 3 times it has come to my conclusion ManOnTheRun does lag, because I saw Zing79 dish out 3-4 supers and the dished out the damge of 3-4 Hadoukens. I don't know if he would do this, but if TMyApp made a special server for you to only there shouldn't be any lag.
