Unlike street fighter 2: the world warriors, street fighter 3 wasnt revolutionizing.

look at things that were revolutionizing, they did so good.

NES: one of the very first home systems
SNES/GENESIS: great killer app games
playstation: first CD system
Playstation 2: first DVD system
Game Boy: first handheld system
computers: everyone uses it now.

games:

Super Mario Bros.: first side scroller(and most sold game ever)

final fantasy: first RPG

pacman: one of first arcade games

street fighter 2: revolutioized fighting(fireballs, more than 2 chooseable characters, projectiles, special moves)..... etc....
