What's Dark Hadou? According to the story, unleashing the Dark Hadou is kinda like going Super Saiyajin. If your heart fills with rage or evil, then the Dark Hadou is present. It can do massive amounts of damage (just ask any person who abuses the Shun Goku Satsu), but there's of course a catch: Unlike Super Saiyajin, you can never return back to normal. That's why every Street Fighter after Alpha had two Ryus representing Good and Evil versions.

Also I recall nosoul4ever saying the NORMS=Normal users(like myself) will benefit from this update.
