Okay you know how well you play determines how strong the boss is. Basically just do the same thing you did to get Shin Akuma and then pray that the computer chooses God Geese. Oops I don't know where I was at, I mean it is God Rugal, not God Geese, sorry about that. Well still just pray that the computer chooses Shin Akuma instead of God Rugal.

This URL should prove that I am right. Just go to the bottom of the page for the boss section and it should say there.
