Blashyrkh, you're right, but i do agree with the tactic. following up is good cause most ppl will let their gaurd down, even if they are able to keep blocking. Following up with a Shinkuu Hadoken could result in 3 things after shoryuken....1: the opponent will not block and get hit, but sometimes opponents seem to float up after supers..2: the opponent will block, and send out a helper to stop it...3: could land attacking that will also result in countering the super.
