Akuma isn't poetic... he is just very blunt with his opponents, like when he talks about dismembering somebody he defeats to demonstrate his/her weakness.

How about, "Evil is what I am, Death is what I bring." ? It is the closest thing that I could find to your quote. I am not sure what game/guide it is from, so he may or may not have said that line when he killed his master. It has the sound of a true Akuma quote...
