Level 1 raging demon is still a super.
Althought i hate admitting this, but optic blast goes right through other projectiles and stops then and still hits the opponent. I would believe that to be cause when you do optic blast the beam goes very small then a lil bigger then very small again then gone in a matter of half a second or a second.
