2.4 the whole tourny u must either stick wit the street fighter side or the marve| side.
3.*optional but recommended*have a screenshot to prove ur victories.
4.if your akuma the you are not permitted to use raging demon this move is banned from this tourny.
note-ifur opponent uses ragin demon make a screenshot then this person shall be disqualafied and u shall win by default.
5.vip perks must be off.
6. as for prizes u get bragin rights and i shall post a topic about ur stats struggles and stuff like that.
7.u may register by febuary 13, 2004.
8.round 1 of the tourny will start on saturday febuary 14, 2004.
9.ifur oppenent either doesnt want 2 fight, leaves the game and/or breaks any of these rules then u shall be declared the victor
