[quoteost_uid0="Roll"]Chargin Poo, I would like you to leave this thread and never return, unless you've come up with serious questions that relate to this thread. If you come in again and say something irrelevant such as your DBZ comment, then you will not escape punishment. Do not test me or this post. You have recieved your fair warning.

While yoga is a good type of discipline, wonderful vitality builder, and a great way to gain flexibility, it only strengthens you so much. Do not try to take only Yoga into this world and expect it to take you much farther than the aspiring fourth grader. While meditation is an excellent way to figure out your body and spirit, and to realize certain abilities as well, it will not allow you to enhance those abilities. You may find other branches to other abilities using meditation, but you cannot enhance original abilities. To enhance your abilities, you have to figure out how to use them first, and then practice. Finding out how to activate them is key, and different for everyone. Try out other things, alright? Be careful though, because sometimes you can hurt yourself. In other words, don't flex your muscles so hard in expectation that you burst a vessel. Remember that muscle doesn't take a main part in the release of chi.[/quote]
