well, from what i've seen it doesn't take much knowledge to get this award now a days, anyone can do his web page with any software DRAG AND DROP or WYSIWYG if you prefer and then submit and get an award !
i have seen poorly made web site getting that kind of award...
nonetheless, cool for you to have won something. even if its just a simple text saying it !
