well, its normal, ya gotta stop him or you are sure to get hit !

tell yourselves that unless you get akuma out of it, you will reguardless of your position on screen, be hit by it !

by ground move i was saying that the person cannot launch it from the air, he has to be on the ground, which is a way to be even more sure that he's gonna do it !
