i don't know, i made this for someone but he never responded to my message so i didn't put his name on it. its free to anyone who wants it. if you don't know how to put text on it, you save it and then open it in paint. you go to one of the menu's on top (not sure which one) and click draw opaque so the checkmark is gone. the you click on the color that you want the text to be. then you click on the text tool and draw a box on the image. right click in the image and click text toolbar to get that up and that you choose the font for and stuff.
