1 - there are no cheats in this game.
2 - to get other chars you gotta win the number that is writen to them.
3 - EVIL RYU and SHIN AKUMA (aka AWEFULL AKUMA) cannot be release, youg et them only if you are a VIP
4 - info on VIP is found there ---> http://www.streetfighteronline.com/vip
