Charlie has the perfect style to counter this lag problem.
Because to unleash his moves you are required to block,and we all know you must step back to block.
He provides an equilibrium among players....with or without a good connection or fast/slow PC processing.
The fact that he's a street fighter is even more of a reason.
Also he has an alternate EGO....a stronger form....(You reading me T man :biggrin: )
