HA HA HA HA HA all ur "facts" is saying that he will win because of his Batwing. And you know what if spidey really wanted to he could get batman to crash into something or go some where it would be hard to find him...like a junkyard. It would be a game of cat and mouse and then spidey could use the magnetic machine to bring the bat wing to him then all batman would have was his utility belt...and his wits.

What kind of Batman are you talking about...sp
