Lol, u forgot something, spidey has agility, super human agility. He can't just do flip flops he can jump from buildings up buildings, across buildings, stick to walls, has super human strength. And this guy is no dumb super hero, he's one of the cleverest, ni fact probably the cleverest as his iq is 160 (searched in google). Batman is just gadgets and gizmos. if youcompare the level of thieves and normal crooks in spidey's and batman's area spidey would have a lot less. He may be poor but in another domension he's a multi billionaire. So there u have it no contest dude.
